If you follow me on Twitter and Instagram, you would know that I have been traveling a lot, which is why I haven't been able to post too much on my blog, but don't worry because I will be posting a bunch of pictures and blog posts about my trip to South Africa, Dubai and India. For today's post I want to share something that I am so excited and happy to be a part of. Last month, I was contacted by a company called Have a Happy.
April is Autism Awareness month, which is why it was the perfect time for me to talk to you guys about Have a Happy and the story behind it. Have a Happy is an online company that was started by Kristy Lacrosse and her son Austin Love. Austin Love is 16 years old with autism. Like many individuals on the autism spectrum, employment and volunteer opportunities are hard to come by, which is why they started the company to create employment opportunities and also give back to charities supporting research and advocacy for autism. Their story is so inspiring because instead of letting it bring them down, they created a platform that can make them happier. I love their website that features a bunch of fun products that you can buy. They have everything from clothing to drinkables and even some adorable stationery. The best part about the products is that you are helping and giving back to help Austin and the company to grow that will help more people with autism research and create employment.

I was lucky enough to be sent one of their exclusive Limited Edition "Have a Happy" t-shirt's that celebrates Autism Awareness month and benefits Autism Speaks. Autism Speaks is a non profit organization that sponsors autism research and conducts awareness and outreach activities aimed at families, governments, and the public. The portion of the sales will be going to this organization in the month of April. I love this comfortable t-shirt but the fact that helps such an amazing cause makes me love it even more which is why I will be giving away one of these to a lucky winner.
